* Utility charges include electric, water, refuse, and sewer service charges.
* Electric is charged per Arizona state regulations or Electric rate @ $0.22 a kwh for daily and weekly residents.
Passport America
We are not presently a Passport America provider but we will honor the discount shown below.

Daily Rate $20 plus $2.00 tax plus:
electric charge of $10.00 a day in the months of June through September
electric charge of $7.50 a day in the months of January through May and October through December
